30-Day Return Policy

  • You may return new, unused golf clubs within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or fitted clubs (personalized grips, lengths, or heads)

  • Used or damaged clubs

  • Accessories that were opened or used

Return Instructions

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

    We will provide a unique RA number for reference.

  2. Prepare the Item:

    • Place the club in its original packaging or a similarly protective box.

    • Include all accessories, manuals, or receipts.

  3. Ship to:

  • For your protection, insure the shipment and obtain a tracking number.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges; returns must be processed as refunds, and a new order placed for the replacement item.
